Hi, it's me, Steph! I have just recently started to blog once again. I dipped my toes in years ago but found that I was way too busy to keep up. After a terrifying illness recently that took me to the brink of death, I have decided to try again jumping in feet first with no life vest.

I hope to inform you and entertain you with lots of information on health, beauty and home along with some of my day-to-day mundane happenings.

I am a smalltown Southerner, living in rural North Carolina. I am starting life all over again not only from my sickness but also as a single woman building from the ground up. I have two amazing grown children and they are my heart and soul. 

 

Being from rural NC has not hindered my experiences in life to say the least. Many, many moons ago, I was a model and dancer. As most of you know, those are short lived careers. I now am a Practice Manager of a medical clinic.
